Michael J. Dal Pos, CFA
Chief Executive Officer
Michael received a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Finance and went on to receive his Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Before joining Mirbeau, Michael worked at Twin Lakes Total Return Partners, a high yield bond hedge fund based out of Chicago as a Financial Analyst and Trader. While at Twin Lakes, he analyzed hundreds of businesses in a wide variety of industries.

Jonathan T. Dal Pos, Esq.
Partner, General Counsel
From a young age Jonathan gained hands on hospitality experience, working in all departments of the Mirbeau Inn & Spa Skaneateles property throughout his high school years. Jonathan went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio, and then continued his education at Albany Law School. He earned his Juris Doctor degree and received certification as a licensed attorney in the State of New York. After gaining valuable experience with a major commercial real estate development and management firm, Jonathan joined the company in 2014. His efforts are focused on legal matters, property design and development, and marketing, branding and public relations.

Catherine Dower Sinclair
Vice President of Spa Operations
Catherine joined Mirbeau Inn & Spa in 2010 as Sales Manager and was promoted to Business Development and Sales Manager in 2011. She was promoted to Resort Manager and Spa Director in 2013 and later to Vice President of Spa Operations in 2018. Catherine brings over 12 years of hospitality experience across all departments of 4 and 5 star luxury resorts. Prior to joining the Mirbeau Inn & Spa team, Sinclair served as Sales Manager at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa located in Avon, Colo. A New York native, Sinclair is a graduate of the University of Colorado and now resides in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. with her husband and two young sons.

Kiley Aubin
Director of Revenue Management and Call Center Operations
Kiley Aubin began her career in hospitality with Mirbeau Inn & Spa in 2003 working at the Hotel Front desk of the Skaneateles property. It was here that she gained invaluable experience in all points of the resort and discovered a true passion for the Industry. Kiley was promoted to reservations manager, overseeing the reservations team and grew her position to include revenue management before joining MHS as Director of Revenue Management and Call Center Operations for all Mirbeau properties. Kiley has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Ithaca College.​​ ​​​​​​

Danielle E. Nighelli
Director of Human Resources
Danielle joined the Mirbeau team in August 2016 as an HR Consultant. She was later promoted to the Director of Human Resources in May 2017. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Westfield State University. Prior to Mirbeau, Danielle gained invaluable knowledge in Hospitality and Human Resources as a Field Human Resources Manager for the Friendly’s Ice Cream Corporation for 10 years. Danielle’s goal is to support the entire operation in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource – its people.​​

Molly Natali-McKenna
Director of Procurement
Molly joined the company in February 2017 as Mirbeau's Retail Buyer and was promoted to Director of Procurement in 2023. She graduated Wheaton College, and went onto the Macy’s buying program where she bought Cosmetics and Fragrances for Macy’s East. She most recently left Focus Merchandising as Sr. Director of Sales where she rebranded Fortune 500 Companies. Molly’s focus will be on Retail Buying, and branding of Mirbeau Inn & Spa.

Jyll Vanderhoef
Director of Accounting
Jyll brought her passion for hospitality, health and wellness and her accounting degree to a perfect balance when she joined Mirbeau in July 2019 as the Corporate Controller.  Since joining Mirbeau, she earned her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification, focusing on Planning & Analysis, Performance Management, Risk Management and Internal Control and Technology & Analytics. Jyll’s prior accounting experience includes her employment as property accountant at CBRE, a global commercial real estate corporation, and a cost accountant/development administrator at Picotte Companies, a commercial real estate firm in upstate NY. She also was the senior financial reporting and treasury accountant at ReEnergy Holdings LLC, a renewable energy company. Jyll was perfectly suited to join Mirbeau with her vast experience in hospitality, as past assistant spa director at the Sagamore Resort, the owner of a small, personal day spa, which led to a successful sale, as well as a past licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor.

Matthew Gabriel
Director of Food & Beverage and Internal Process Manager
Matthew joined the Mirbeau team in November 2019 as the Restaurant Manager in Mirbeau Albany, focusing on food & beverage and assisting with overall operations. He received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business from SUNY Oswego and brings over 20 years of restaurant experience to the group. Focused on internal processes and efficiencies, he marries the strategic vision of the company with the operational teams to maximize guest experience.

Patty McPherson
Corporate Director of Training & Culture
Patty joined Mirbeau in May 2013 as the 1st employee hired for Mirbeau Inn & Spa Plymouth prior to the property opening in 2014. She was ultimately promoted to General Manager in April 2017. She earned her bachelor’s in management from Boston College, and her Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. Prior to Mirbeau, she worked in marketing and education as well as having her own consulting business. In January 2021, Patty became the Corporate Director of Training & Culture, and spearheads the resort properties’ initiatives in onboarding, training, and meeting standards.

Gary Dower
Principal
For several decades Gary Dower has been a visionary and executor, developing hospitality and commercial projects across the Eastern United States. He has led the successful development, financing, ownership and management of more than six-million square feet of commercial real estate and is a principal partner with The Pyramid Companies, the largest developer of regional enclosed mall shopping centers in the Northeast. His expertise in creating a quality brand and seeing a project from infancy to completion is what has made Mirbeau Inn and Spa what it is today.

Linda Dower
Principal
Linda Dower's designs boast a sense of sleek sophistication and warmth all at once. She has been instrumental in creating the Mirbeau brand, seeing the process through from research to concept development. She manages all aspects of interior design for Mirbeau Inn & Spa projects. Prior to her work with Mirbeau she made her mark as an interior design consultant in Rochester, New York. She has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Syracuse University.

​​Beckie Hidy
Reservations Manager & Mirbeau Trainer
Beckie received a Bachelor’s degree from Niagara University in Travel & Tourism. Before she worked for Mirbeau she traveled the United States working in the tourism industry for companies such as Glacier National Park and Reserve America. She has worked for Mirbeau since January of 2001, 8 months after the property opened. Her positions have varied from dining to retail internet sales and today as the Reservations Manager & Mirbeau Trainer for their Call Center.

Theodore Harris
Information Technology Manager
Theo joined Mirbeau in November 2007, as an Information Technology Support Specialist. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information and a Master's in Information Technolgy, Information Systems Security/Assurance. Theo has grown with Mirbeau over the years to oversee Mirbeau Information Technology systems. Before coming to Mirbeau, Theo ran a small computer repair company.​​​ ​​ ​

Adam Baynard
Assistant Information Technology Manager
Adam brings nearly a decade of experience in information technology. A graduate of SUNY Empire College, Adam has a strong foundation in IT management and cybersecurity, and joined Mirbeau as Assistant IT Manager in April 2023.​​​​​

Kelsey Williams
Corporate Controller
Kelsey joined Mirbeau in 2017, following the completion of her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Siena College. Recently promoted to Corporate Controller, Kelsey now oversees all accounting functions across the organization. She plays a pivotal role in supporting financial operations both at the property level and company-wide, while leading and mentoring the accounting team. As the primary point of contact for accounting-related matters, Kelsey is the trusted expert and go-to resource for all financial inquiries at Mirbeau.

Stefanie Marano
Creative Coordinator
Stefanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design at SUNY Oswego, and joined the Mirbeau team as the Creative Coordinator in March of 2015. Over the years, she has made our creative visions come to life while designing and marketing for the Mirbeau Inn & Spa brand.

Olivia Mitchell
Marketing Coordinator
Olivia earned Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing Communications and English at Siena College, and began her career in tourism marketing for Olana State Historic Site in the Hudson Valley. Olivia joined the Mirbeau team as the Social Media Coordinator in November 2020. In January 2022, she was promoted to Marketing Coordinator and oversees the marketing strategy for the Mirbeau brand.

Michala Tiffany
Digital Media Coordinator
Michala holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Management and Design from Ithaca College. She joined the Mirbeau team in May 2023 as the Digital Media Coordinator. Before Mirbeau, she gained experience working at a marketing agency in Albany, NY. In her current role, Michala specializes in social media marketing and managing influencer partnerships for the Mirbeau brand.​ ​​
